The Toyota MR2 is a mid-engine, 2 seater rear wheel drive sports car manufactured by Toyota. It is said that Toyota co-built the MR2 with the help of Lotus..mostly suspension work. There are three different generations of the Toyota MR2, the Mark I Toyota MR2, Mark II Toyota MR2 and Mark III Toyota MR2. (MKI, MKII, MKIII).

The Mark I Toyota MR2 (AW10/AW11)

was produced from 1985 to 1989 and came with a NA 4A-GE or a Supercharged 4A-GZE.

The Mark II Toyota MR2 (SW20/SW21/SW22)

was produced from 1990 to 1995(us) and 1999(Japan). They came with a NA 3S-GE or a Turbocharged 3S-GTE.

The Mark III Toyota MR2 (ZZW30)

was produced from 2000 to 2007. It was known as the Toyota MR-S in Japan and the Toyota MR2 in the US. The Mark III MR2 came in a naturally aspirated version only.
