  1. I do not know what to read for a book, but those other, this is an elementary “See Spot Run” type of book. I am certified in a former auto mechanic and owned my own shop for over 10 years. I’ve also been repairing and modifying my own cars for over 40 years. I bought the book to some special trick to find projects, not to find out how I change my brakes and timing belt. I own a 1995 MX-5 and completely rebuilt the engine and transmission, the headwork makes me as porting polishing Hypo Wisco pistons, compressor, computer enhancements, and much more. Trust me, I know how to use the oil, which this book devotes an entire chapter to change performance. If someone wants a book I will have nothing if you want to pick them up. Rating: 1 / 5

  2. This gives the new owner of Madza Miata’s some very good ideas to improve and modernize this beautiful car. This book is very helpful in completeing the project. Rating: 5 / 5

  3. Rick Bowers says:

Here, Keith Tanner seems really! He has to explain a way, very simple to very complex projects that can benefit almost every Miata owner. Some are a few of the projects (to be explained simply as that nube, how they do their first oil changes), but the book has a lot of complex projects for those willing to accept it. When my wife inadvertently “recycle” my old copy of this book, I immediately ordered a new one to me through removing and replacing the head (an outlet for work) to help. Rating: 5 / 5

  4. Do not expect to find many current performance projects in this book. For example, there is nothing on the fuel to the intake systems. The performance have projects, they are not well limited. The wheel alignment chapter tells you basically how awesome it is to have a performance wheel alignment “, here are the details you want, take it to the alignment shop. The bulk of the book is that simple repairs are covered better in other books as my favorite, “MX-5 Miata Enthusiast’s Workshop Manual”. But if you want your car rather, the author goes on in detail how to make custom installation line is and how to strip on your car. Give me a break. This book is a disappointment. Rating: 2 / 5

I read this book on the recommendation of other Miata enthusiasts. IT is incredibly helpful. I have a complete brake job with the instructions in the book. It was really easy to follow. I refer to it often when working on the car. It is a good resource to have. Rating: 5 / 5
